The Winterton family name has been synonymous with auctioneering in Staffordshire since 1864. From the early beginnings in the Smithfield livestock market in Lichfield, the company has grown and expanded opening offices and salerooms through Staffordshire.

Today, the company is run by Richard and Janet Winterton who operate a state-of-the-art saleroom which hold General, Specialist and Fine Art sales together with bespoke house clearance and probate services.

The Lichfield Auction Centre, located just outside Lichfield in Fradley Park is open daily.

All sales are accompanied by a fully illustrated catalogue and broadcast online with a live video feed which allow potential buyers, no matter their location, to bid and participate in the sales.
