Freeform Fabrication and its fantastic team have been supporting manufacturing companies all over the world but primarily in the UK with the supply and implementation of the latest technology tools. We help businesses be more productive and offer high-quality products and services.

The company was established in 2003 solely reselling 3D printers and has rapidly expanded to be one of the largest value-added resellers of not only 3D printers but other technology such as laser welding, laser engraving, 3D scanning and more; all from our head office in Hertfordshire. In recent years, we achieved market dominance as a leading supplier of laser welding tools for the production of jewellery & watches, for manufacturing engineering parts and dental/orthodontal applications. Our Lasers Welders:

DaDo laser welder – The first of its kind, an entry-level laser welder and an entry-level price.

Ms35 laser welder – The MS35 bridges the gap between entry lasers and high-production machines. It is 3.5 x the power of the DaDo and enables users to use the machine for longer periods. You also benefit from ergonomic hand rests, pull-out drawers, and a 7” touch screen display that allows you to change the laser point size (from 0.2 to 2mm), frequency, and wave type, all for £5990 +VAT.

The Master and Mega range – They both come complete with a 10x Leica microscope, powerful LED lights for clearer vision and 100 programmable memories. Weld platinum, gold, cobalt chrome, steel, palladium, and not to mention silver with ease. In addition, these desktop laser welders are compact for an easy fit anywhere in your workplace without compromising on space AND style.

Your new laser welder will arrive to you pre-installed and programmed with parameters so that you can plug it in and start working. You will also benefit from an integrated high-quality camera, ergonomic hand-rests, tools storage drawers, and a 7” touch screen that allows you to motorised change the laser point size (from 0.2 to 2mm), adjust the frequency, and wave type thanks to its intuitive interface.

Workshops:

Laser welding academy – Have your team ready with techniques and methods for efficient laser welding. Increase productivity, gain confidence, reduce delivery time and extend the life of your laser.

During the workshop, our experienced instructors will cover a range of topics, including laser welding basics, advanced techniques, and the most effective method for maintaining your laser welder. Practices for using the DaDo laser welder. You will have a chance to work hands-on with the equipment and receive personalised instruction and guidance from our experts.
